This is the list folks! And notice Donner Pass comes in a hot 8th! (Some might bump it up higher but at the risk of sounding partial we are honoring the ranking.) In any case, rock climbing in Truckee Tahoe is truly epic and a must-do for all beginner climbers as well as serious ones. The quality of the granite, ease of parking/access, proximity to highway 80 and the town of Truckee, views of Donner Lake,  and reliably perfect weather all stack up to a no-fail climbing day. Join us for rock climbing private lessons as soon as the state Covid-19 restrictions are eased and the Forest Service allows. We are hoping for late June or early July. We don’t know, but we can always hope and begin to plan. Confirm your reservation between April 27 and June 1 for a climbing private between July 1 and Oct 31, and get an automatic $50 credit towards a 2nd reservation.
