TOTAL SKIING at Sugar Bowl with NASTC
Under mostly blue skies and on excellent snow, the first Total Skiing group enjoyed a complete immersion into ski improvement with Chris Fellows and Malcolm Ridenour at Sugar Bowl January 13-14. Using principles from Chris Fellows’s new ski improvement book Total Skiing the instructors led the group through a step by step progression in which they got the chance to really look at their own building blocks of good skiing: fitness, equipment and technique/tactics. They were then able to go away with a complete personalized program for ski improvement. Sugar Bowl is NASTC’s home base and provides the perfect venue for these high-touch, high-level, customized clinics. The next Total Skiing clinics are Jan. 22, Feb. 5, Feb. 12, and March 17-18.
